The Placement Cell of Sangamam Arts and Science College is dedicated to empowering students with career opportunities and industry readiness. The Placement Officer plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between academic learning and professional employment by coordinating training programs, campus recruitment drives, and industry interactions.

The Placement Officer works closely with students, faculty, and recruiters to ensure that students are well-prepared to meet industry expectations. Through continuous guidance, skill development initiatives, and career counseling, the Placement Cell strives to enhance employability and secure promising career paths for students.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Organize campus recruitment drives and placement activities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with companies and recruiters
  • Coordinate training programs such as aptitude, technical, and soft skills
  • Guide students in resume preparation and interview techniques
  • Arrange internships and industrial visits
  • Monitor student participation and placement records
  • Provide career counseling and higher education guidance
  • Facilitate pre-placement talks and workshops
  • Ensure smooth coordination between recruiters and students during placement drives
